Terms of Service

Last updated: May 8, 2026

1. Acceptance

By using undefined.fun, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

2. The service

undefined.fun is an anonymous, instruction-less, browser-based puzzle game. You can play without an account or register to save progress and appear on the leaderboard. Puzzles are played in sequence. The site may include referral links or advertisements after puzzle completion or on the coming-soon page.

3. Accounts

If you register, you must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share your account or use another person’s account.

We may restrict, suspend, or ban accounts that violate these terms, abuse platform features, or attempt to bypass puzzle flow, security controls, or moderation safeguards.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Cheat, manipulate, or exploit the game (e.g. using bots, scripts, or automated tools)
  • Attempt to access areas of the site you are not authorized to access
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or the operator
  • Use a handle that impersonates others or violates others’ rights
  • Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content without permission
  • Interfere with the site’s operation or security

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Intellectual property

The puzzles, design, code, and other content on undefined.fun are owned by us or our licensors. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial play. You do not acquire any ownership rights. Your handle is displayed publicly on the leaderboard when you complete puzzles; by using a handle, you grant us permission to display it in that context.

6. Disclaimer

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THESE TERMS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR, IF NOTHING, ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the site at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the site ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, limitations of liability) will survive.

9. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party sites (e.g. referral or ad destinations, including sponsor links and external donation destinations). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

10. Donations and payment processing

Donations are optional and are processed by third-party payment providers (including Stripe and payment methods available through Stripe). We do not store full payment card details on our servers. Donations are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we determine a refund is appropriate in our sole discretion.

11. App install and availability features

The site may offer install prompts or home-screen guidance on supported devices and browsers. Installed experiences are provided on an as-is basis and may vary by platform. Install availability, prompts, and related behavior may be changed, disabled, or removed at any time without notice.

12. General

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
